• Turn on your outside water faucet(s)
• Keep your pets off the deck once it is washed as muddy footprints may show through the honey and cedar tones
• Keep your patio set and grill in storage until after the deck is done.
• Remind me of what day your lawn service is especially when sealing your stamped concrete / pavers / patios
• Remember to turn your sprinklers off for a couple of days to allow the deck the time necessary to dry out (we all know there is at least one sprinkler head that malfunctions each year , hopefully it’s not the one near the deck/patio

It is too early and the stain will fail. Most stains need 50 degrees plus around the clock and the wood needs to dry out, which takes longer at lower temperatures.

We can power wash now, but we are still about 10-14 days out for stain application.
